Ministry report Feb / March 2008

I have been so blessed in the ministry to the Philippines and to Indonesia as Father exceeds all our expectations every time. Open and hungry hearts welcomed us everywhere bringing a wonderful response from the people. Hasan Fawaz and Miriam accompanied us in the Philippines and his ministry added to the blessing everyone received. The highlight of the ministry in the Philippines was our visit to the biggest Prison in the country situated in Manila. We had 100 men in the high security section for two whole days and the response was just wonderful. Miriam sang before every session and that really blessed everyone.

The Pastor in this group is himself an inmate who was sentenced to 120 years , but it was commuted to 40 years and then finally to 20 years as his life was transformed by the Spirit of the Lord. Now having completed his sentence refuses to go out of the Prison, because his life is now to see the transformation he has experienced, becoming the same experience for all those in that prison. I wish you all could have been there to see the spirit of the Lord come upon that people and hear the joy they had in their hearts. The testimony of this man Enrico Dizon I have put on my web site for all to see.

In Indonesia all the meetings were blessed of the Lord as the spirit of God invaded the hearts of men to restore what the locusts have eaten, and what was taken from MAN in the Garden of Eden. This was the whole reason why Jesus Christ came to the earth to restore to man that which has been lost. The first week was spent in Borneo ministering to the people there who came with open hearts to receive the Bread of Life. Father ministered to individuals who faced issues in their lives that were weighing them down, releasing them from bondage. In so many cases we find people like Sheep without a shepherd, who need to find love and compassion in their lives. These need a manifestation of God's love and to hear a word from the Lord, to reset the course of their lives with hope and trust. For others, the teachings of men who have not heard from God creates for them a prison that locks them up causing heartache and sorrow. But in every case the Spirit of the Lord has the answer and the power to release them and to set them free.

The final 5 days of my visit to Indonesia involved a conference for the HOLY WAY MOVEMENT celebrating 40 years service in Indonesia. I was one of the men who ministered with the founder of that work who was a mighty man of God back in the 1970's. That man, "Ed Stube" who was acknowledged as a true father in the faith, established a movement on the basis of the body of Christ. But after he returned to the U.S. with his wife and family the one who took charge of the work did not have the same vision, and so it gravitated to become just another Church organization. Eventually the people were divided because the leader pressed for Government recognition of the work as a registered Church. However, many people in that movement refused to go with that direction so decided to remain as the HOLY WAY, seeking to function as the Body of Christ. It was for this reason that they invited me to minister at this conference to help them rediscover the Truth regarding the Christ BODY and its function according to the Scriptures. The ministry brought great joy to the people, but in its outworking it is evident there are those who  cannot believe that the HEAD of that BODY which is CHRIST, has all the power and wisdom to provide direction to fulfill the will and purpose of God on this earth. As soon as God's people come under the authority of MAN they cease to be the true BODY OF CHRIST.

Would you please pray for Everett and Amie Olayvar who work so hard in the ministry throughout the whole year across the Philippines ministering the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and setting up the itinerary  for my visit each year. He needs to be encouraged in the Lord for he is my interpreter in the ministry and in many ways he is the key in opening up the ministry to that country. His email address is eolayvar2001@yahoo.com    In the same way Sugih Adibahari functions in Indonesia as my interpreter in the ministry in Indonesia, as well as arranging my itinerary for me in that country. His Email address is   sugih.a@gmail.com.

Please continue to pray for this ministry to these countries that the seed sown may spring forth into Life to the glory of God..
