Repentance Prayer

Forgive me Father for the way I have been,
I have yielded thy temple as a vessel of sin,
While mindful of self, I'm unconscious of thee,
The enemy has liberty to rule over me.

Who is my enemy? GOD help me to know.
Give me understanding to deal with my foe.
Carnality is my enemy, all the fault lies within.
Only I alone can submit this body to sin.

When I fail to reach the mark at which I aim,

No one else is responsible, I am only to blame.

From this prison of self I desire to be free,

It won’t happen as long as I am mindful of me

.Chasten me Father with mercy is my plea,
Lest I become hardened and rebellious to thee,
Quicken my spirit with your Life from above.
'Till I'm set free and motivated by LOVE.
