Keep Thy Heart
Keep thy heart with all thy might.
It is yours to guard and keep.
The enemy comes in the dark of night,
seeking to find you fast asleep.
They that sleep in the dark of night
cannot know that He's the way.
To the pure in heart, the path is bright,
They are the children of the Day.
Keep thy heart and ye shall find,
there's much reason to rejoice.
It is in thy heart and not thy mind,
That you will hear His tender voice.
Let not thy heart be faint or weak,
Strong in might to do His will,
Seek ever to hear the Master speak,
Determine His purpose to fulfill.
